Ivan Pribićević, PhD
Ivan Pribićević, PhD, holds a PhD from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, where he completed his Master studies in Quality Management.
Holds an EMBA diploma from Quantic Business School.
He, also, completed master studies at the Faculty of Political Science in the field of international politics, as well as alumni of the Belgrade Center for Political Excellence (BFPE).
Served as Director of the Department for Strategy and Development at the JP Zavod za udžbenike since 2011. He worked as an auditor for the management system standards in the certification body YUQS.
As a business development manager at TMS CEE, the partner of TÜV SÜD has been since 2014.

Marko Pantić, graduated engineer of organizational sciences, completed his basic studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade in the direction of Quality Management and standardization.
Currently, he is a student of master studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in the direction of Quality Management and standardization.
Prior to the studies and during the studies, he conducted professional practice in business improvements in companies “IKOM” and “YUQS”.

Director Management Systems Consulting
Natalija Jovicic Zaric graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade in the field of production engineering, where she defended her master’s thesis in the field of organization.
For more than 20 years she has been dealing with:
- management systems,
- process organization,
- business improvements,
- accreditation of conformity assessment bodies (laboratories, control and certification bodies for products, management systems and persons).
In addition to her experience in the industrial sector, she has held the position of Assistant Director for Management and Development in the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) for many years.
During her work at ATS, she actively participated in the work of the International Organization for Accreditation (EA), among other things, as the chair of the EA Laboratory Committee.
She has been the Development Coordinator at TMS CEE, a partner of TÜV SÜD since 2014. During that period, she also worked as an auditor for the TÜV SÜD certification body. It has carried out a large number of certification checks, as well as assessments of conformity assessment bodies in accreditation procedures.
She is a participant in a large number of international projects in the field of management systems, conformity assessment, accreditation and European technical regulations.
She actively participated and organized a series of trainings in the field of management systems, as training for assessors for accreditation purposes (trainings for assessment according to the ISO / IEC 17000 series of standards).
She completed the Project Manager educational program at the Business Academy in 2018 (one-year education). She currently manages the part of Simplify Consulting, which deals with consulting in the part of Management System Consulting and Business Improvements.
Lead developer/ Business Consultant
David Miltenović, engineer of organizational sciences. Since 2020, he has been employed by Simplify as a software solutions consultant. Before that, since 2018, he has been employed by Printec d.o.o.
Position Software engineer – medior, his main roles were:
- Maintenance of client applications located at ATMs;
- Development of new software solutions at ATMs;
- Creation and maintenance of documentation.
Prior to that, he worked at Milsped d.o.o. as a Software engineer since 2016.
Creating Web applications and various business solutions is his specialty.
So far at Simplify, he has worked on the development of an add-on solution for the Revit application, as well as on the development of various Excel automated reports and input forms, as well as on the Jira application reorganization project.
Irena Nešić, graduated engineer of organizational sciences in the field of Quality Management and Standardization.
During her studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, she completed her professional practice at the TMS CEE certification body.
From June 2017 to January 2020, she worked as a Qualty Management System Coordinator at Coficab (the world’s leading automotive cable manufacturer).
During her engagement in this company, she works on maintaining the standards IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
In addition, she is the coordinator of the 5S project and is familiar with the Lean methodology.
Since 2018, she has been working as an internal auditor for the above standards, and in addition she has certificates for FMEA, APQP, SPC / MSA, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, HACCP.
Bojana Lukić, student of master studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at University of Belgrade, department Quality management and Standardization.
During her studies she was an intern at the deartment of Quality management and Standardization and in the certification company TMS CEE.
She worked as a consultant for implementing standard SRPS ISO 9001:2015 in the company Trgometal.
Later, she also worked as a consultant for implementing SRPS ISO 9001:2015 and SRPS ISO 14001:2015 in the company Compact MM Trade.
She worked as a junor business analyst in the company Kuehne+Nagel during a project for robotic process automation.

Dragan Metikoš is a master engineer at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, where he completed a master’s degree in management engineering.

Tamara Svorcan is a master engineer at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where she completed a master’s degree in Project and Investment Management.

She has participated in business process optimization projects at METRO, Schneider Electric and Delamode Balkans.

Danka Stojanović is a Master student at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, at the University of Belgrade, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Operations Management.

Maja Bosnjak graduated as an engineer of organizational sciences at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Management.
She completed her master’s studies at the Faculty of Political Science in the Journalism department.
During her grad studies, she was an active member of the Student Union.
From 2012 to 2018, she worked as a Quality Management Assistant at Serbia’s Medicines and Medical Devices Agency.
She was engaged in implementing and maintaining standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ISO 14001:2004 I ISO 27001:2013. From 2019 to 2021, she worked as a Quality Manager at Jovsic Printing Company.
During her employment in this company, she was accountable for the overall development, implementation, business improvements, and maintenance of the organization’s Integrated Management System.
In addition, she coordinated 5S and strategic planning and development projects.
She has experience in compliance whit national HSE regulations and waste management. She is a certificated internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Dragan Stojanović, graduated engineer of Food Technology, started his career in the laboratory for testing agricultural and food products Jugoinspekt Belgrade at the Topčider Institute.
He also served as the Head of the Laboratory for 4 years.

He took significant part in evaluation according to various standards, which he began in 1998 in YUQS, Belgrade as an ISO 9001 evaluator.
He is a registered Lead Assessor of IFS Food, BRC Food, ISO 9001, HACCP, Global GAP.
Also he is a registered technical expert of ISO 22000.
For the last 11 years he has been an external leading auditor.
Strahinja Kocijašević is a graduate engineer at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, majoring in Quality Management.
During 2017, he was educated at the Karl-Frances University in Graz, majoring in Business, Economics and Social Sciences.
Prior to leaving for Austria, he completed his internship at the Department of Quality Management and Standardization and then began his internship at the certification body Quality Austria Center.
Upon his return to Serbia, at the end of 2017, he began engaging in the certification body Quality Austria Center in the position of “Certification and Training Associate”.
He has done extensive document preparation, planning and processing.
